Although my training is informed by trauma-informed care and somatic approaches, I integrate a deeper layer of work to my practice—one that focuses not only on resolving the past, but on actively creating a new internal state. Through practices like breathwork, meditation, and visualization, we can shift our internal state and bring the body into coherence, creating new neural patterns and emotional experiences. This allows us to experience a new internal reality before it physically occurs. My passion is helping women reach a place where real, lasting change is possible—where they don’t just cope, but evolve.

How to Set Goals When You Don't Know What You Want in Life.jpg

Profound change does not come from a treatment modality, length of care, years of experience, level of education, or age. Instead, I have seen profound change occur under very specific conditions—when brainwave states begin to shift and the mind and body come into coherence. In these moments, I can often feel a measurable expansion of the heart’s electromagnetic field, reflecting increased physiological coherence and a more regulated nervous system.

This is a vibrational alignment where the heart, brain, and body synchronize and reorganize around higher emotional states such as safety, openness, and connection. In this state, the brain and body are no longer operating from past conditioning, but instead become more flexible, responsive, and capable of change in real time—often where spontaneous healing occurs
