My approach to healing is rooted in the understanding that lasting change requires more than insight. It requires a shift in how the mind and body work together. Trauma and stress can become wired into both our biology and our identity, shaping how we think, feel, and respond long after the original experience has passed.

In our work, we focus on interrupting those patterns at a deeper level. This includes developing awareness of habitual emotional states, learning how to regulate the nervous system, and practicing new ways of directing attention and intention. Over time, this process supports the rewriting of neural pathways in the brain, making it possible to move out of survival-based patterns and into more coherent, self-directed ways of being.

I integrate somatic psychology and evidence-based positive psychology with structured mind and body practices that emphasize the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and physiological states. I also incorporate heart-focused techniques and brainwave-based approaches to support regulation, focus, and emotional balance. This work is not about bypassing difficulty or relying on passive techniques. It is an active process of retraining the system over time.

My work is informed by research from organizations like the HeartMath Institute, the InnerScience Research Fund, and the Institute of Noetic Sciences, along with principles from neuroscience—all exploring the connection between the brain, body, and consciousness.
